My friend has a 96 mystic. He was installing a NX nitrous kit, and ended up using the cigaret lighter as a 12v source for a switch in the kit. The fuse popped for the lighter in the power distribution box. We replaced it, and disconnected the switch from the power.
Now, the car wont start. The motor turns, and we are getting fuel, but no spark. We think this could be the 20amp fuse that is number 18 in the chiltons manual for the coil packs.

My question is.....where is the fuse? I know that sounds dumb, but the arrow in the chiltons looks like it is pointing to the edge of the fuse panel. There is no visable fuse anywhere. The arrow points close to fuse number 8, but is not the fuse for the coil packs. Can anyone help me here?
