I think it depends on your milage. I know that on the 99-04 you dont need to upgrade thats tuff unless you want to run more psi. I think yuo can run up to like 8 psi on stock internals. I'm not positive though. You might wanna get a new clutch and think about getting forged internals later on down the road so you can push more psi.

The clutch will go if you run sticky tires or make alot of HP. Unless you swap out or port your NPI heads, and replace your intake and camshafts with PI stuff you will probably not make enough power to kill the stocker right away.
Pistons will do nothing by themselves. You are talking major coin to build the engine for the blower specifically. You can easily make 400+ rwhp on the stock bottom end with the right combo (but not with stock NPI heads/cams/intake.
