crank, pistons, and rods.

440 is the upper limit on the stock stuff. To be real safe try not to exceed 420 RWHP.

It all depends, you could do a hella shot of nitrous, or run high boost, you could see like 600rwhp no problem.

how about 9-14 psi and a 125 shot, or is that simply rediculous?

No man, stock internals can take that. I wouldn't do a 125 shot or put 14psi on my car, but others have. With a forged bottom end, you could easily have a 200+shot of nitrous and 17+psi.

9-14 PSI and any amount of nitrous on a stock bottom end will blow stuff out of the block.

I don't think there is any forged 2v setup out there that will take a 200 shot and 17 PSI. MAYBE a billet setup, but I doubt it.

Woops, I misread your post man, I didn't realize you wanted boost and nitrous, that no dice on a stock bottom end. 20004.6, how big of a shot or nitrous and how much psi can you run with forged internals?? I thought you could run big numbers with a forged bottom end?
