135 in the stang on the way to cali for a car show. ran into some ricers and they where talkin **** for about 2 seconds then all they heard where my o/r h-pipes. shut them up pretty quick. my buddy probably pulled 150 in his 05 with a kenne bell against a wrx. ive gone 175 in jimmie johnson stock car and 145 in a corner. i love las vegas motor speedway.

Highest I have been in my car was about 140-143mph. The speedometer becomes fairly inaccurate at that speed but that is what it said. I was then getting nervous as the car was shaking and jumping everytime it hit a pebble or anything, not to mention cops.

Fastest was 185mph when I lived in Germany and we were playing on the Autobahn. Sadly it was not in a Mustang.

i hit 130 once on a really open 5 lane on one side highway. the car felt really good and stable. almost didnt believe it. it really didnt feel like every other car does at 100 plus. very controllable.
matter of fact the stang felt less controllable on the track going through the corners sideways.

lets see, my '89 Grand Marquis, i buried the needle and kept going a few more degrees ont eh speedometer (oh, 85 mph speedometer by the way) so i would guess 90?

I hit 140ish in my vert way back when. I thought the top was gonna come off. It was really loud. Now that the car is lowered, I have hit 130 a few times on the interstate, and it feels just like I'm going 75-90MPH. It's really smooth and the only thing I worry about at that speed is my cars brake distance[
