Motive 4.10

RE: Motive 4.10
i've never heard a complaint about the Motives but i heard that the FRPPs were easier to install. My mechanic said the same thing, i paid $225 for the install and he said it would have been a little more with any other brand. so you can either pay a little more for the gears or pay a little more the install.

RE: Motive 4.10
i bought the motive 4.10 gears and my mechanic would have preferred me getting the ford ones. i have had them in my car since october and they whine alot. my mechanic had to shim them alot to get them in, and he said the ford ones wouldnt have been so hard to put in. if i were to do it again, i would pay the extra money and get the ford ones.

RE: Motive 4.10
i have motive gears, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEM INSTALLED BY SOME ONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING!!!!! I had mine done and the car whines like no other, it made my car slower than stock when they put them in (sure feels A LOT slower and my friend with a bone stock auto 99'GT starts to walk me around 70mph) I am having them fixed next week. Just make sure they have installed them on a MUSTANG before i cannot stress this enough.
