Which exhaust with a catless X pipe, will not be too loud. I've heard Magnapacks, and thats way to loud for my taste.

Is the regular Magnaflow catback any better? What do u guys recommend?

a good friend has a 2003 Mach 1 with BBL LT headers, BBK H pipe w/ cats and a Magnaflow catback. Its not loud compared to other setups (my borlas BLOW HIM AWAY) but it sounds good esp if someone doesnt want to wake the dead

Just thought that I would add, the best thing about magnaflows IMO is that they are fairly quiet at idle/cruising, and loud at WOT. My car is pretty dammed loud at WOT, but we can have a conversation going 110+ MPH without yelling too

so if I keep the stock headers (which I am) the magnaflow would be a nice upgrade? I'm looking for something not much louder than stock.

stock headers + mac o/r prochamber + steeda(borla) cat back. Its a deep throaty rumble, and isnt too loud. And stays fairly quiet while cruising. You can hear it at WOT pretty good though. Just normal driving, putting my stereo on about 6-7 volume (alpine cda-9851 head unit) I can only hear it at 3500 rpms +

A standard Magnaflow Catback will be perfect for you.

I don't like very loud exhaust myself. I had a Mac prochamber & cat-back and it drove me crazy. I got a steeda stainless cat-back from Mustang Tuning that's advertised not to drone at highway speeds and it's accurate. Not much louder than stock but it's a straight through S-shaped glasspack. I'm very happy with it. Also put on the Mac catted-H to fit my LT's. No hp loss either. Perfect setup.
