Default Slicks????

What are the benefits of straight slicks at the track?? I completely understand they hook better, but how much better?? With 4:10's and some slicks, what kind of 60ft's could I see with slicks?? Could a full bolt-on gt, with 4:10's and slicks reach 12's??

A full boltons GT with drag radials and 4.10s will hit 12s with the driver mod and a well preped track.

I have heard of people running full slicks on stock rearends, but I would definatly not recommend it on a DD.

Make sure to upgrade suspension for it too. You can run high 12s with very few engine mods (as in a CAI advanced timing, and mabye something else) with a good suspension set up. See mingrey01gt for an example of this.
