Less effort to switch gears....should be self-explanatory....but I have the Steeda Tri-Ax, if I had the money I would replace it with MGW..MGW guarantees the best quality.

Steeda shifters feel extremely sloppy compared to a MGW.
Some people find it hard to believe the MGW shifters are that much better, but they really are.
I've used them all and MGW has been the best by far.

ive driven both steeda and mgw... My steeda felt stiffer and smoother. Both shifters had bout 3k miles on em when I used em, so they were broken in. so yea, I'll stick with Steeda.. I've had a tri-ax on every one of my stangs, and put one on my boys mach1...
