Thanks for the overwhelming response. I really wanted a 5-speed in the first place and have decided that I will just wait for a 5-speed to show up. It really shouldn't be that long before one pops up because I search the local ads every couple of days and I have two dealerships lokking for me. The reason for the convertible was because I have never owned a vert. and I thought it would be fun to own one especially in the summer also the car looks so hot in my eyes with speedster cover on them. I might get a coupe if I can't find a vert in a few weeks but I am going to wait a while first.

just wait and get the 5-speed vert. I wouldnt even settle with the coupe if you really want a vert. patience is a virtue. and yes they are extremly fun in the summer time, very very fun especially with a stick. and i dont think they are much slower if at all than the coupes.
