yea but is it really practical for a daily driver?
that is really my question, as mine will be.

Do you take long road trips on the highway with your car??? I have 4.10's in my auto and am really happy with them, I do need to get some DR's for the back as the BFG's that I have now I can smoke with ease any time I want to. If all you do it city driving back and forth to work and take it to the track the 4.30's would be great. I take some 150 mile-200 mile road trips every now and then and have to cruse at about 75-80 to keep the rpm's at a decent level. This is just my opnion on what gears to get with a auto. BTW I drive my car everyday and love my 4.10's!!!

opps i forgot to mention that this it is going to be a 5-speed. I am also going to keep the stock tires until I need new ones and then I was thinking about getting Nitto 555r's. Do you think that it will be that hard to drive with stock tires? Also I do not take long trips with it but my parents just bought some land and I might drive up their sometimes just see how fast this car really is and how well it performs. Actually I might just get some DR's along with the other stuff which I will be installing about a week or two after I get the car so what tire do you suggest if I go that route.

what about those with automatics? i bought 4.30s about 2 months ago, and they are still waiting for install. the longer i wait, the longer i think they may be a bit too much... but then again, every time someone gets 410s, someone chimes in with 'i give it a month till you want 4.30s...
Ask Acer if he regrets his 4.30s in his auto......think of it this way, he was able to keep up with 99-04GT 5spds in his nonPI auto(now pi-swapped and sold).
ya he does, he said if he did it all over it would be 4.56s

4.56's would seem to be to much for a daily driver.

where the hell did that come from, the autos have a shorter OD ratio so if anything they should have a taller gear, anyways, 4.10s all the way around, unless you have a T-3650 tranny, then you could go with 4.30s, or if your car isnt a DD
