Default Cold air intake

Hey guys, i need some help again. I need some suggestions on some cold air intakes. I'm looking for one with the most HP that I can get. Looks don't really matter to me since it'll be under the hood. I've heard K&N and I've heard MAC... Could you possibly point me in the right direction? Thanks guys!

Edit: I have a 2001 Cobra

No way, the difference between all the top CAI manufacturers is maybe .5 to 1 hp at the very most! If any one thing is better than the other, get a plastic intake instead of metal.

I believe sandcracker thought u were saying that any CAI would only make 1.5 hp , he didnt see that you said the DIFFERENCE of any CAI is only 1hp

Nah.. just stick a K&N filter into your STOCK air intake & remove the silencer. THAT is just about as good as any storebought replacement CAI. Except maybe for the bling-bling appeal of a metal tube (which by the way increases the transfer of heat which is NOT good)

You should go with a JLT pipe, I just got one for my 2K Roush, and it looks awsome (kicked up the pony's too...lol)... the best part is, they offer them painted to match the body color of the car... and it looks pretty sweet... here's the pics of mine....
