Default For all the Stangs in Texas.. Read this and save yourself

[:@] I need to tell all you guys from Texas and in the Waco area. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT deal with Texas Mustang Auto. Their Techs dont know their ***'s from a hole in the ground. They tried telling me for the longest that if I buy a eight bolt flywheel that it will match up with a six bolt crank. Well I bought it and had my tranny ripped apart to find out that there is no way possible it will fit. Then they argued with me for a whole day telling me I am putting it on backwards and I need to rotate it till it matches up. Well it ended up we had to call Ford Racing Tech's to find the truth. Ford Racing told them they were absoloutly WRONG! Now they tell me that they wont buy back the parts I bought and Im stuck with a three hundred dollar clutch (which by the way wasnt what I needed to begin with, it was an 11 inch upgrade instead of the King Cobra) and flywheel that wont fit! These guys are the biggest *** clowns I have ever had the "pleasure" to work with AND I look forward to never doing it again. Just thought I would let all you guys know. [:@]

NO NO NO, I have the windsor block and thats why its so weird. They say it is a eight bolt crank and a 11 inch flywheel and clutch assy. I have a 6 bolt 11 inch flywheel and an 11 inch clutch assy. They say thats all wrong because no one made a 6 bolt 11 inch flywheel, and thats coming straight from the techs at Ford Racing. They are stumped at this point and the dumb f**ks at Texas Mustang Parts didnt know their @$$'$ from a hole in the ground to begin with. If there is anyone out there that knows what the hell is going on then I sure would appreciate some help.

If you have the windsor block it should be eight bolt.

Thats exactly what ford racing said but they looked it up by my VIN and they didnt understand it. They said that they couldnt tell me what going on. They said I do have the Windsor block and that something weird is definetly going on. Its pissing me off a little to tell the truth.

JDaniel,

Did you put the purchase on a credit card and buy it within the last 60 days? If so you can dispute the charge with your credit card company.

Need more info, drop me a line...

I did put it on the card but I doubt they will do anything for me. They told me that high performance parts arent insured. I cant take it out because it has been installed. Just know never to use those guys ever.

So does that mean it fit? If it's installed.
Just wondering, my pc has been down, I've done a clutch on my '97, the flywheel has 8 holes but two are for alignment the other 6 for bolts. I ordered an h pipe from texas mustang.
