Default Hyper Tech Power Programmer

Thought I'd vent a little. The 96 GT that I bought came already tuned by a Hyper Tech Power Prograqmmer. I decided to switch it back to stock tuning before taking it into the dealer for service. While in the middle of programming, the Hyper Tech unit gave me an error code - B6, whatever that is - and quit. The unit advised me to call Hyper Tech immediately (which I did, got a voice mail to leave a message and NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK). The car barely ran at all after the error in programming. Luckily when I re-started the programming it successfully re-installed the stock tuning. Hyper Tech seems like a piece of junk. I'm going to leave it stock and see what my performance (and gas mileage) is like before deciding on another tuner..... and it won't be Hyper Tech.

I have hypertech as well and I was not impressed with the tuning.
