thanks man,the diff or whatever it is has been doing that long before the install just hoping its nothing serious

 

update, new test

put the car in neutral while on stands, and spun the wheels, now if i slightly move them back and forth, regardless the gear, i get a clunk, from both wheels, the thing the driveshaft connects to (rear diff) has a lil play and seems like it may contribute to the clunk, if not its directly from the wheels.

now to the u-joints. i hear a sound like wind whisting/moving from the driveshaft/u-joints. is that an indication of bad u-joints?

 

do you hear that sound when driving??
