Shaking Problem

it seems that when the cooling fan kicks on the car starts to vibrate quite a bit. any clue what can be causing this or how to fix it?

maybe the fan threw a blade?

low idle?

yeah low idle and if the fan isnt on and u turn the A/C on bam it starts shaking right away obviously the fan kicks on
