Default Wrecked Cobra/Mach

Well it's probably just sh*t in the wind, but i'm already thinking of finding a 4v donor car for my 2000 GT that I don't even have yet. How much do you think it would take to get ahold of one? Of course a 03-04 Cobra would be preferable (plus the T56), but any 4v would do. We know the owners of a local salvage yard very well, but it's not that big of a town so I don't know what the chances are of them having one, or me being able to afford it. The car only has 56k on it, so there's some time....
We can all dream right?

I just checked out that car-part.com website, and it really does have everything. It's amazing.

Intake yes, all accessories, starter, wiring, etc, is +1500. Tranny would be the killer tho

Sry, 1 more thing. Do you think a 3v swap would be worth while, or would it be asking for trouble. It would provide a starting point close to a Mach/pre 03 cobra power wise, and it seems the aftermarket is blooming with the new motor. I just don't know if the blocks are the same and if things like exhaust would bolt up to it? Sorry about all my day dreaming.

for the price of all of this you could have a built/blown 2v car making some insane numbers.

The only way the swap makes since is if you have blown up your 2v already. Even then you could probably go the 2v route cheaper.

Youll never find that haha... even if you did it would be 13k+; People get on waiting lists for years with junk yards for those types of cars.
