Default Gear Installation Kit

hey whats up fellas? I was just curious as to what kit i needed to get if i ordered from GEFRacing.com it has three different kits. a local shop here told me if i just brought the ring and pinion then it will be between $500-$600. is that a good price or not. also is a shifter pretty easy to install. i think i am going to get the Pro 5.0 any other suggestions on that matter

GtPowered4.6L go to summitracing.com they have the gears and the complete installation kit. gears for me were just under $200 shipped, install kit was about $130 shipped and $350 for install. ford racing gears imo are hands down the best for the stang.

well you can get the bearing as stuff at NAPA..the gear yes ford racing as they are easy to set up an often used the same shim and crush sleeve.. all you really neede is
axle seals
pinion bearing/seal
carrier bearing (2)
I would buy a clutch pak for the carrier since it's out $45.00
2 qt syth gear oil
1 bottle of friction modiflier
1 tube of RV
nut

ring/pinion from ford has the shims and nut/sleeve
I have seen them for 155.00 shipped parkway ford in GA 1-770-773-3703..........www.ParkwayPerformance.com
