Default Starting car problem.

Hi my car starts up normal most of the time, but sometimes it takes a second to start up. I just changed the fuel filter yesterday. Do you think its something bad or easy fix? Thanks

my car does the same thing every so often, and I tried running 89 octane gas instead of 87 and the problem went away.
whether or not this was all in my head or whether the higher octance was helping, I don't know!
But thats my experience!

i doubt it has anything to due with octane rating. the lower the octane the more combustible the gas is.
