I pay $80 a month and am 22 in iowa. For insurance we all put our 4 cars together on a plan. all cars are in each of our names separatly but put on one statement..........so we all get a huge discount......I even have an accident and speeding ticket on there. Basically it pays to shop.

I paid $16,000 for my 02' GT with 27000 miles on it and I Got a 7% int rate. Bought it a few months ago and I am stationed in damn Anchorage, Ak. Not too many sports cars here. I do pay $300 for insurance though just because there are so many accidents here due to the weather.

You can't afford to pay this so you need to sell the car and get your finances under control.

Smooth_J....Call your insurance company and raise your deductibles. I think they normally come at $100 Collision/$100 Comprehension. Raise them both to $500 and your payments will drop big time.

Hope this helps out!

P.S. You need to be a careful driver if you raise your collision and it might worry you.
