Default Windage Trays

Hey everybody, I'm interested in putting an aftermarket windage tray on my 2003 GT. Does anyone have experience with this mod? Pros, cons, power gains, ease of install, etc. It seems like a good mod to do, but it isn't discussed much here. Thank you!

Default RE: Windage Trays

Iv never done one on a 4.6, but all the others iv done they bolt to your main caps. They are mainly for raceing only, all they do is help keep the crank from airating the oil at high constant rpms, 7500+. Some claim a 10-15hp increase but iv never seen over 4hp gain. If your car is just a street car driven daily its a waste of time and money.
