In some cases. You may also need new rims if the new rotor/caliper configuration don't have enough clearance. Always double check with the manufacturer. Baer makes a 13" brake kit and specifically states you need a rim other than a factory one for proper fitment.

i like the look of the cross drilled but i dont want something that breaks easy and has to be replaced all the time.. aaaahhhh decisions decisions
get the slotted and dimpled ones... when the dust gets on the dimples it looks like theyre drilled, and they still provide some of the same benifits of the drilled ones
