Default i dont know what i did maybe clutch or tranny

heres the story. i was pulling out of the gas station today in busy traffic and i got up to 4th gear, didnt notice any probles by this point. slowed down to pull in my job parking lot and it would not come out of 4th. locked in. i tried to release the clutch and push it again and nothing. my clutch has been slipping for some time now and most of my sncchros have been going for sometime now too. i released the clutch almost to the top of the pedel and slightly pushed the gas while still trying to get it out of gear and it poped out into nuetral. i then came to a complet stop and put it in 1st to park in a spot and it seemed to be fine but i didnt get back into 4th. what could my problem be. i still have to get the car home from work, and i will have to uses 4th unless i just skip it and go to 4th.

maybe the clutch cable is stretched/broken? Check that out first....... Put your foot under the clutch and lift up towards you, let it go back to the resting position and do it a few more times. This will adjust your clutch.

mine got stuck in reverse, and I tried everything to get it out. i even got in the back seat while someone was holding the clutch in and kicked the SOB..nothin. I found a used t45 on ebay for 350 bucks, only had like 19k on it. works like a champ now.
