Default While the engine is out of the bay...

so while im swapping in my new engine and the bay is empty and engine fully exposed, is thier any mods anyone can think of that i should do right then and there while its easily accessible, like stuff normally alot harder with the engine in the bay
i was thinking maybe water pump, pullys and thermometer

yes it's lighter making it easier to build up momentum and stay at speeds....defenitely longtubes!

aluminum makes the engine rev faster but it also drops in rpms faster. a heavier/stock flywheel revs slower but keeps its rpms easier. keep the stock unless you are serious road racing

do the cooling mod. search for apten cooling mod or look on the modular depot forums for the 30 dollar peice that works

clean the hell out of your bay while its empty, wont get another chance at that. otherwise, clutch throwout bearing, headers. dont know much about the cooling mod but what i hear is it redirects coolant flow so it hits the back of one of the heads that doesnt see enough, its a solution to a design flaw that would be 100 times easier with the engine out, seeing how it deals with the back coolant passages.
