Thanks for all the great info. Regarding the bolts, do you mean lightly grease the entire bolt, including the threads? I usually apply some red loctite on the threads. Thanks again for all the helpful information!! I am going to try some things now.

Well, the noise turned out to be the lower insulators on the rear springs. As the axle would bounce around at low speeds, I would hear clicking-popping sounds. I used some new 5/8" black rubber dishwasher hose for now. Are there better insulators out there? These FRPP C springs have a larger diameter opening on the bottom, compared to the stock ones. I might use urethane insulators, but these can be noisy, too.

When you apply grease to the components, apply it to anything that makes metal-to-metal contact and moves/vibrates... You don't have to put a lot on, but make sure all the contact points are covered...
