If you have done a lot of reading you would know there is no point in using a superchip.

Why do you say there is no point in using a superchip?

I don't know about Mustangs yet,but the MK VIII that I just traded in had a code number on the ECM that had to match the program in the chip.Call Superchips and find out before you buy.It may be possible to reburn the chip for your car also. The one in the Lincoln flipped out and they would replace or reprogram it for I think $50.You have to have a chip to send them though. The Superchip I used did a good job of firming up and raising the shift points in the transmission.

They are crap. Nothing better than a good tune and burn.
