Will this instal right onto my stock H-Pipe with no problems?

no welding, everything bolts up perfect. the only hard part is getting your old cat-back off. we had to cut mine out. doing everything, it probably took 20-30 minutes. that was with a lift and air tools tho. on the ground with ratchets, id say 1-2 hours.
