i dont understand springs....

Default i dont understand springs....

i just put on the rear eibach pro kit that is suppose to lower it 1.5(and im pissed)....it was noticably shorter than the stock one, and yet there was no difference in height...i could only get it in by takin the isolator out so thats like a 1/4 of an inch and that all it dropped it....i dont get it?!?!?!?, but im havin my friend do it for me this weekend maybe he can get it to fit right or whatever..and also if it doesnt do anything can u cut those springs or will they like not sit right? thanx

you can speed up the process by driving over speed bumps slowly ( 10 or 11 times) like at the grocery store but there will still be a settleing period

Some people say "let it sit", But I noticed a full drop as soon as I put the car down after I lowered mine. No "settling" here... I'd be pissed too if I was you.

I got at least 1 1/2" instantly when i installed my springs. I Guess Eibachs have to settle? I dunno just seems logical that if the spring is noticably shorter when both springs are fully extended, that once the shorter spring goes in the car should drop. maybe afetr that it will settle a littel lower, but you should see a drop immediately.

well code3 had the same springs and he said they settle....and hes pretty trustworthy and knowlegable so that makes me a lil happy lol, but ill be more when it looks good
