I'd like to know where you can find a low mile 03/04 Cobra under 24k...

That car prob won't sell for less than 26,500.
I saw an 03 cobra coupe at a dealership near me in MD that had one for 23K, had something in the neighborhood of 39,000 miles on it. Give it another year or so with the new shelby cobras the 03/04 won't be such a big deal anymore and prices will drop a little.

Best thing to do is stay away from cars with body kits.

So many younger people own these cars and can't afford to splurge all at once for a body kit, they usually come into play after a wreck. Some people might flip a lid over me saying this, but I've looked over countless cars with body kits and almost always find repair work.

That car looks goofy anyways.
