Default how bad will this be?

i'm going to summer nationals saturday in worcester ma, and they hold burnouts all night. i got some tires from the junkyard and was wonder how bad for the engine will it be if i go until the tires blow. i'm gonna try and keep it around 4000-4500 rpm. and watch the temp gauge if i can see it through the smoke. it's a 2001 gt vert.

I'll be there as well w/ the GT...

I'm trying to get into the Burn-out contest... Cheap tires, old sh-tty rims, smoke until there's sparks...

I just hope the tires hold long enough..

I'm sure it won't be as bad for the engine as it will be for the rear brakes, unless you have a line lock kit.

Silver w/ big *** brakes.. I'll be back again tonight....

Do you have a body kit on yours??

I saw one that had like 4 or 5 people in it last night, top down, body kit, nice rims..

Some bad *** cars out last night.. Tonight promises to be better...

i would consider taking the rear breaks off or install a line lock.
