Default what would this be worth?

well... im finally putting up the GT for sale... im looking to possibly trade her on a 03-04 cobra that is close to stock as can be.

suspension mods:

eibach pro springs
steeda aluminum upper and lower control arms
full length sub frame connectors
steeda caster camber plates
KYB AGX adjustable struts/shocks

i have counted up over 10,000 dollars in mods just done to the performance aspect. all of the labor was done by me so that would have been a couple more grand if i had it done. she dynoed 440.1rwhp and 417.5 torque and i have dyno sheets to back that up. i am asking 22,000 obo for her. she has 36,000 miles with normaly wear and tear on the paint but it is still in excellent condition the tires have about 40-50% tread on them still.

what do you all think?

I am not even going to guess what that car would be worth. But my question is why would you sell that car to get the same body style cobra that has less horsepower?

Probly worth every penny of 22K but problem comes in trying to find a buyer. If you trade it at a dealer the mods will count against you. Very nice car tho and the cobra is a good pick, if you sell the chin spoiler hit me up.

you did all that work to the car, spent all that money, to throw it away, lol to each their own. i dont see how somebody could get rid of such a nice car just for the name 'cobra', oh and dohc =x

anyways to each their own.....

g/l with that price, thats really high to me, you're asking for almost as much as a cobra, unless you trick some one guy into thinking it is one, you will have troubles scamming someone for that price. your aftermarket mods are worth null to 3 grand more then blue book IMO.

You won't get very much over a stock car, MAYBE a few thousand (2-3).

Mods do not add anything to the value of a car so far as the bank is concerned. Unless you can find someone that has 20K sitting around to blow on a car (cash) GL.

EDIT: I will give ya 600 bucks plus the piping to you need to hook it back up for your aftercooler

because the possibilities with a cobra are endless... for about 400 dollars the cobra will have the same power... for about 1500 dollars the cobra will be pushing over 550rwhp.

Part out your car and sell it for a more reasonable price. Think of it like this...why would someone spend 22k on a blown gt, when they could spend 25k on a cobra??

Like I said, regardless of what is done, few if anyone is going to pay much more than a grand or two above book.

The bank simply won't finance it. Plus, why are you upgrading? To get a 22,000~ dollar cobra.... and you want 22,000 out of the GT... but they could just get a cobra.

Also, don't count on making much more than 500 to the tire with the cobra and just boltons. I have seen a few cars in the 515~ range with all of the boltons and a ported blower, but on a accurate dynojet that is about it.

I'd rethink your decision man, keep your car and get a forged bottom end...
