Default Water on sparkplug

Hey Guys, My brother has a 2000GT with about 100k miles. Shortly after he bought it(year or so), every other month he would have to clean water/antifreeze off the second sparkplug from the radiator on the left side if facing the car. Sluggish running was the indicator when this needed done. About 2months ago he and I replaced the Ford defective intake hoping that would solve the problem, it was leaking also. Well it did not fix it. Any ideas or suggestions as to what could be causing this?

That's a NPI motor. If put the PI manifold on the car then the ports will not match up correctly. You needed to buy an adapter plate to get a proper seal. That could be why it may still be leaking

No it's not gas. It's definitely antifreeze...
