I posted a couple days ago that my car was shuting off while I was driving and that my idle was dropping down and almost shutting off. Well yesturday I took off my IAC, throttle body and plenum all cleaned them all and it hasn't cut off while I was driving yet, but the idle is still not normal. Any other things I should look for or do?

 

yeah i am having the same problem with my car too. It what you could call a "rolling idle" because when you stop, the idle of our car goes way down almost diesm but usually comes back up to normal. What is the fix?

 

Could be the TPS (throttle position sensor)

 

check your TPS. check the voltage at rest, and do a throttle sweep and see if it progresses smoothly. check for vac leaks. make sure everything on your intake is tight. pull your spark plugs and see how they look.

dont know if any of that will fix your problem, but thats what i've been doing so far. my car is being so tempermental, and just when i fix one prob, another shows up.
