Default tint problem

I got my windows tinted wed afternoon so this evening like 2.5 days after it was done I figured it was safe to roll down the windows. since they said wait 2 days. I roll them down drive somewhere then when i rolled them back up on the driver side about a 1/4" wide 6" long streak is just ripped in the middle bottom part of the window. So right now i'm like WTF. Theres a lifetime warranty on the tint. but anyone ever have this problem. I'm going to back to the tint place to see what the i can do. Would this be a Warranty thing with the window through FORD for scratching the it that i need to get fixed or what? anyone got suggestions?

I'm just wondering if it is something that has to do in with the door panel. Cause I really don't want to get it fix and then happen again, just to find out that something was ripping it in the door panel. Just a annoying that i need to get it fixed.

Its not that car thats scrapping or ripping the tint, or it shouldnt be, Im sure the tint just wasnt fully dry, It took mine 3 1/2 4 days before I rolled mine down, so if they told you 2 days and it happened AFTER 2 days, take it back no question
