Concious about Mach 1 mods.
I really wanna get the Mach 1 chin spoiler and grill delete, but im kinda having a moral delema on it. My GT already has the Mach 1 rims on it, and its Bright Atlantic Blue, not extremely far off from Azure Blue or Sonic Blue. I dont wanna seem like a poser tryin to make my car out to be something its not, but I love the look of it. Where do you all think the line would be on this?

I hear yea, I am putting the mach1 chin spoiler and gril delet kit on mine, along with the black out decal for the hood scoup area. I too was worreid about people thinking it was a poser, but i finally decided it was ok because 1. I do not have a shaker hood 2. even if I did, I do not have mach1 side stripes or decklid badge 3. I will never claim to have a mach 1. Bottom line is that it is your car, do what you like and do not worry about what others say...they do not have to see it everyday, you do.

As a Mach1 owner, I wouldn't care what you put on your car. It's yours baby, do what you want with it. If you really want a real Mach1, then trade in yours and buy one. I bought mine for less than 30 grand when it was new in 03, and it won't bring 20 grand today, even though it only has 20K miles on it.
