Throwout Bearing

RE: Throwout Bearing
A basic kit comes with the Disc, Pressure Plate, and a throw-out bearing. Most kits also include the clutch alignment tool. The pilot bearing is something you need to check on the contents panel. If it's not included, you will need one.
While you've got the tranny and engine apart you will also want to replace the rear main seal, the front tranny seal (input shaft seal) and have your flywheel resurfaced.

RE: Throwout Bearing
Some mechanics will mention it's a good idea to do that when you have the clutch done, others only do what you tell them to.
Buy all of your own parts and ask to see the old parts when you go to pickup your car. I wouldn't take a car to a shop I didn't trust/know for internal work since you can't see if everything has been done.

Having had the identical problem with 2 ford OEM TO bearings, I was recommended Timken or BCA

I have 50k+ miles on Fedral Mogal pilot and throw-out. No probs.
I've heard Timken is just as good.
Good luck.
