Yea carb cleaner is reccomended for cleaning the IAC.

WD-40 will work if you dont have any , those both clean and draw out moisture.

Or you could use MAF sensor cleaner as well...It evaporates alot faster and doesn't leave residue. Me personally I use Q-tips.
