How many bolts hold the starter in on a 2001 GT/BULLITT??? Ive got two out but the thing wont budge?

I'm pretty sure there is three and it is mother f**ker to get at!!!!!

There are 3 on the starter. 2 by the starter motor and 1 by the solenoid.

have fun with the top bolt, that thing is a mother f&%*#$. have plenty of beer and make sure there are no little kids around to hear all the cuss words that will come out of your mouth. Have plenty of extensions and a couple of swivels.

i havent done it, but i have heard you need several extensions and swivels and some extra skin for your knuckles to do it.

extra skin or some gloves you can easily work with. I busted up all my knuckles and i broke 2 swivels.

Im halfway through the header install. Got the top starter bolt to go!!! whoo hoo. Tomorrow im ganna put in the other header and the last starter bolt then drive it till its warm then retight all the bolts cuase I assume its ganna leak.
