if you are under warranty have the dealer look at it. it sounds like something simple

ya i had the same problem too.. in about a year and a half span it has done it twice. first time it took only 30 minutes before it went up.. the second time i spend hours and hours taking my door apart messing around with it. I hit the motor in a rage and then it started to go back up.. I dont know what the deal is

i had the same thing happen a couple times i took it to the dealer expecting them to have it a day or so, i got out of the car the tech. opened the door pushed the button at the same time he hit the side of the door panel and said there ya go. it wenr right up. he said it was a common problem, and thats all you gotta do. i asked if they should do something to fix it and he said no. that was over a year ago and it has not happened since.
