how much boost can u run safely or how can the stock s/c go on a 2003 cobra and how much do they run stock

I run about 8 lbs stock I think. The local mustang guru here told me not to run over about 12 lbs with my stock set up. I see guys online runnin 15 and up so I am sure you can do it safe somehow, but if you want an every day driver, I think we need to keep it 12 lbs and under.

Stock is 8#

A SC pulley change gets you to ~ 16# Max, I say max because it will peak in midrange and slowly decrease to redline (This is the profile for mine, it ends up at 13# at redline)

You can also change the crank pulley to get near 20# in midrange, again dropping as headed to redline.
