Default Solid Motor/Trans Mounts

So i heard about these a couple of days ago and did a little looking up. I guess what they are supposed to do is stop the flex in the mounts so the power is forced down the drivetrain instead of turn the motor a little. My question is does the trans mount do the same? how much does this really help? Where to get them and how much?
TIA

Every part strengthens a part..

I think engine mounts are fine.. Tranny mounts aren't really necessary until you really start putting a good amount of power to the ground.. The Tranny mount pretty much just holds the tranny up enough, since solid mounts would keep your engine from torquing back and forth..

I've asked a few race car builders about this and they all said if you drive the car alot just replace your old ones with new stock mounts...the solid can cause a vibration is your car...they said the tranny can be a nightmare. IDK i've never used them myself but i will be using stock replacements when the engine comes out.
