Default Airfilter & Drag Radials

I have a stock 2003 and have ran 14.2 on the factory goodyears. I'm just wondering what these modifications would do to my car. I want to run into the 13's. I heard the air filter will drop me about .1 of second and get me to 100 mph trap speed. The one I'm looking at purchasing is suppose to give me 16.9 more hp. That seems high to me. MAC makes it. Any performance tips that would not void my warrenty but get me a thirteens?

drag radials will by themselves. A cai (especially just an air filter) alone prolly wont though

different kits put out different numbers in HP. I would say dont go with a metal kit like the chrome because it heats up and the hotter the air the worse performance you get. Go with a plastic kit. WWW.densecharger.com has some good numbers and good plastic kits.

Okay dumb question...does it make sense to do the CAI and mam all at the same time and from the same company? Also should anything else be done too when that goes in to maximize the potential of it?

Well it is always better to get it all together. If you wanna see a big improvement out of CAI and a MAM you need to also upgrade the TB and the plenum. Then you will notice a big difference.

Yeah, should be pretty easy. The cold air intake can run upwards of 200.00 and I bought my 85MM pro am MAM for 189.00. Modding a vehicle isnt cheap. But its fun though.

Densecharger has a deal with ProM for a package - I ordered (havent got yet though) the other day the ENTIRE CAI (from the k&n all the way to the throttle body) + a ProM 85mm mass air meter + 8 denso plugs for a package price of $339.00 for it all. Just call the number on the website and ask for the plugs in the kit instead of the carbon fiber dress piece. $339.00 - $50.00 for the filter - $200.00 for the meter- $18.00 for the plugs means I actually only paid $71.00 for the densecharger assuming I can add right
