sorry i dont have any pics, but i took off my rear spoiler and i have to say it looks ok not really the look i was looking for. i think the color of the car makes a huge difference on the out come of a wingless gt. BTW my gt in mineral grey
do you like how it looks? i tried mine for a day and didn't like it (oxford white).

and how do you have a '65 coupe and not know what good looks like?

gee lets see if i remember correctly the 65 coupe didnt come with any type of spoiler. only some of the shelby editions, and maybe the california editions. and i never said that my 65 didnt look good i was talking about my 02gt. two different cars to different body styles.

iwould say to just try it. its takes like 5 min. to remove the wing. it wont leak if you plug the holes, it does leave marks from where the wing was though so if you like it and want to keep it wingless you will deff. have to get a paint job. but its a go on the wingless silver gt's

ive had the wing off on my black stang for about 3-4 months, dont plan on putting it bakc on ever, in fact i gave it to my friend who has a laser red stang, and i have his in my garage, heehar.

like previously stated, silver, black, maybe white, look great w/o it.

my oppinion is that if you want to go wingless, you need some FAT *** tires in the rear for it to look good
