Default Best MAF?

I want to upgrade my mass air flow meter. Which one should I get? Will I actually see noticeable gains? Currently all I have is a programmer, cai, and weld in flows. Should I get something else performance wise instead of this? Gears are out of the question right now.

the stock MAF can handle just about anything you can do to your 4.6 N/A...It really only needs to be replaced on high horse power cars. Don't waste your money.

Now this is just what i heard. I heard that throttle bodies and plennums are a waste of money unless you have enough mods to require all that air flow. Your engine will only induct as much air as it needs. So basically it is a waste of money unless you plan on bigger things later on, but it wont do anything now. CORRECT ME IF I HEARD WRONG!!

there not a waste of money, but you wont see their full power until you mod your car a little more, and if you do get the combo only get a 70mm tb unless you plan on modding your car a lot more
