Default Help:BBK header install

I'v been searching for a decent guide on header install. I will have help from someone who has done header's like these before, And i won't take the car in to be done. I prefer to learn the process anyways. If anyone has come across any guides or somewhat detailed information. Would be much appreciated.
As far I as i know i gotta take air intake out of the way.. unbolt the engine from mounts... lower it 4 inchs or so...the process takes approx 8 hours with the average mechanic.
I will also be instaling the x-pipe which is bbk as well..
Thanks, any help is welcome.

I'm having my LT BBK's installed at my friends shop. I lack the equipment, skill, and patience. :-)

Shorties shouldn't be to bad. I think that link to the install is a little to detailed. I didn't drop the crossmember, but hey, everyone has there ways right?

Yah it should be good...finally got my tools that I needed from a storage unit. This is a very good thing
Waiting for my x-pipe to arrive tomorrow.I'v got ramp's 4 stands 2 jacks.
Now im just waiting for this cold to go away and the weekend to arrive. If it dont rain!!

98MustangSTL I could possibly skip removing the K-member like it showed in the guide? Cause that's a chore in itself..

Next is Gear's..(3.73)
Again this is also a do it yourselfer? I plan to order a diablo handheld thingy ma bob for to tune it when the gear's do get installed.

You better have the equipment and knowledge to do the gears.
