thanks for the help guys... I'm taking it in to a place that'll let me know what's up with the engine... I just want it running good again... Did all this work and it runs like crap. Thanks for the help!

Just an update. Took my car in. It wasn't timed right. Took my car to the track, ran .1 faster in the 1/4 mile. Baught a Diablosport predator tuner on ebay today, I'm hoping to have it sometime next week. Do you think it'll be ok with just a straight tune by yours truly (me)? Or should I take it in? Also, I bought 99+ Fuel rails and the setup is definatly different. Looks like I'm gonna have to extend a fuel hose. Any good way to extend it, or just replace the whole thing?
