Any quality kit will be the best as long as its got a heat shield.. I've personally got the JLT rai w/heatshield and it's nice.

Any cai that is made of plastic is going to dissapate heat better than a metal one. Obviously this will give you a little more hp, maybe .5 or 1 at the most. They are all pretty much the same. I do agree that you should get a heat shield if you go with a ram air type intake where your filter is in the engine bay.
