I ran a 13.8 and I was the first to run tha day and I didnt go through the f**king water hole either. There was no way around it this time! That was last weekend by the way. I got good traction that time so thats why I know I can do it.

I hate to say it but this may be a case of that 85 proamMAM actually hurt your performance. With your car you should be well over 100MPH regardless of traction you need to address that with drs but something is not matched up right. My heavy convertable with stock 80 mm mam and factory manifolds is way, way faster.

The meter isnt gonna hurt his performance, its gonna give him 8-10 more hp. That ProM is calibrated for his CAI directly from ProM. I should know, I got the same setup a week ago and it has added ALOT more power.

And that 2.4 HAS to be the result of being lowered. .2 of a second 60' = .4 second overall. And while I agree with his mods he should have a trap speed at 100mph, with that 60' and Im sure as hot as it probably was where he's at is a good reason for a lower trap speed. Just a guess though. jdaniel with your mods I was trapping at 101 - 102 - just FYI

Something is not right for him to be at 99MPH which has nothing to do with traction, lowering etc. he should be well over 100 MPH or his intake set up is wrong, he was doing better before. Without question lowering his car hurt his launch, 60 foot and 1/4 mile times. How hot and humid was it and what is the quality of track conditions?
