Default PCV system

What is the hose that goes from the DRIVER's side valve cover to the air intake tube?

I know the pass. side pcv valve goes to the throttle body, but that other hose boggles me...

It has a 90 degree elbow in it that goes into the valve cover and it doesn't wanna come out...

It will come out, it will just take some pulling and prying. The rubber gasket used to seat that elbow in your Valve cover has becoming extremley hard and non-flexible. That elbow has a shoulder on it that 'locks' the elbow into the grommet and keeps it from getting shot out.

so do I have to twist? Or just pry it straight out? I have tried very hard and it feels like something will break.

BTW what is it?? Is it another pcv of some sort?

That just looks like another Breather line, I don't think there are any other valves on it..

Tough to say..that elbow is probably the PCV valve.

And yes, you would have to wiggle back-and-forth and pull at the same time. It won't break anything. Well the grommet might tear/crumble but Most auto parts stores have extras for a couple of bucks.
