you can get slp x-pipe but if you do get long tubes after that you will have to buy SLP long tubes which r like 700.

yea thats a rough situation...the cheapest route is to just keep saving for the headers and install.

slp x pipe/headers are expensive.

if you get a regular x pipe...youll hafta get a new one when you get your headers done.

soooo...as much as i hate to say it...my vote is with keep saving and dont do anything yet. itll be worth it once you have LTs and an x pipe though

I'm going to go way off here and accept all of the punishment for saying this.

Headers are not worth the HP gains vs the money and hassle.

k so i found out that mac + slp make a 3 peice off road x pipe, that you can use shorties, mid, or full length headers w/. so i plan on doing either mac or slp. any suggestions?

i sorda agree with its not with the hassle/money for the gains you get from l/t's. total cost is around 700-900 for that, and about 10-20 hp depending on application. i'll probbaly do an aftermarket shorty or m/l.

They are a bitch and expensive, but if you get the BBK LTs and do it yourself its not that bad, and considering they are the biggest (by far) gain a N/A 2V boltons GT will get.....

15~ WHP is pretty significant, and the best part is the more things you add the more they are worth. LTs can be worth 25+ WHP on a FI car.

BTW ackuric: If you don't get LTs, get midlenghts. Shorties are USELESS on a boltons only car.
