Default Faster?

I have a 02 GT and im having problems at the race track this year. Last year I ran a best of 13.8 (80-85 temp) with ebay cai intake, 4.10 gears, steeda tri-ax shifter, subframe connectors, off road x-pipe, flowmaster mufflers cut on to stock pipes, and a Diablosport tuner.

And now my best for the year was tonights 14.2-14.3 (75 temp) after putting on Magnapack catback and bbk plenum tb, c&l intake arm maf combo from rpm outlet. I think my car needs to be dyno tuned but why has she slowed down sooo much. Ideas? Thoughts? Comments?

Id like to use the Predator tuner more but dont want to f it up.

60' usually 2.1-2.2
trap speed 98-100
Manual, no tire spin, very little bogging (driver issue)
Has 34,000 miles

Thanks

Tune and drag radials. Your 60 foot should be less than 2.0, but that won't happen on a regular street tire.

+1 on part of the Idea of Tuning, although JD hit it on as usual...

What kind of tires/pressure are you running at this time?? What about condition of things like sparkplugs and rear suspension??

Also, what size TB/ did you go with?? It could be possible you killed your Airflow velocity by going too big (75mm maybe)??

I am running BFG TRACTION TA KDWS with about 5000 miles and 20-25lbs in them. I have a ****ty tire gauge though, im getting a new one. I have upper and lower control arms putting on next week. Quad shocks are shot. Stock springs and shocks. Havent checked plugs, I"ll do that today.

85mm mass air and 75mm throttle body I gasket matched to the plenum. 75mm is what the combo came with for my year. Im trying to be ready for Fun Ford Weekend in Epping, NH Aug 19th-20th.

I want a shot for the lowest 14sec pass. And i want consistency. Wheres a good place I can dyno tune? Or get help using my expensive Predator tuner?

I want to get some 15" weld wheels and some ET Streets but have been told by some that I may have clearance issues on the calipers.

Also my car smells like it runs rich. Or is that only cause I have no cats? Im not sure. I swear if I had a lighter near my tailpipes I would have five foot flames!
